• All appointments require a valid credit card on file to book services.
  • We kindly ask that you provide 24 hours’ notice when canceling an appointment so we may fill your spot.
  • Any no-show/no-call appointments will be charged 100% of their service. Any members who no-show or no-call an appointment will forfeit a service credit from their package.
  • Absolutely no guests are allowed in the room with you. Your privacy is important for your comfort and ensuring that I can give you the one-on-one attention you deserve.
  • A parent or guardian must accompany any minor (under 18 years old) or handicapped clients to ensure their comfort.
  • Please note that each appointment has a 6-minute grace period. If you are later than 6 minutes for your scheduled appointment, I cannot guarantee you will be seen, and I reserve the right to reschedule your session for another day/time.
  • "First service 20% off" promo applies to one service only and if more than 1 service is scheduled, it is applied to the lowest ticketed service. 
  • All sales are final. no refunds are issued for any service, package or products.
